hello everybody im new to this forum......
and im relly need help coz im facing simillar problem like onslaughtx at vista tread...
make a little tweak on my laptop to make it look cool...in the proses suddenly blackout atfer that i restart my laptop and receive this unwellcome error msg logonUI.exe - System error The program cant start because SHELL32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem...
i see that annmarie has help solve onslaughtx problem...
maybe you can help sovle mine

my laptop spec:
os:windows 7 home premium,intel i7 2nd generation,4gb ram, geforce gt540m

There are a number of suggestions and fixes in this thread squerezyra. Work your way though them. What works for Vista will also work for Windows 7.

thx mate for your reply really appreciate it....but i've solve it..actually "it" solve it self..
i force shutdown many time then a miracle happen a startup repair pop out and solve my problem....but if this happen again in the future surely i will seek help from this forum....

That's good news squerezyra and thanks for the update. Yes, running startup repair is one of the suggestions in that topic.
