Printers.
I have a Brother MFC640 printer.
The last time I tried to use it from Ubuntu. I spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with a Brother technician. I was wondering. If I used the CD that came with the printer and installed the "MFL-Pro Suite for winXP" through Wine. Would it work? |

I think it unlikely. You would be better to follow the advise of the brother tech or go here:
