How to stop Windows 7 networking from requiring a password?

Hi All;

Does anyone know how to stop Windows 7 from requiring a user name and password when logging on to a network location. eg. On one PC I go to Computer\Network then click on a PC, and it requires a login + password, is there any way to turn this off?

Regards
