Was this a PCI wireless card or a USB one?

On the PC did you use the Windows 7 wireless network wizard to set it up?

Once you used the software that came with it, check your Device Manager to ensure the driver has been installed;

Right click "My Computer" then to "Properties" Left Pane click on Device Manager

Scroll down to Network Adapters, is your wireless listed? Does it have any Yellow/Red marks next to it?

The driver for the USB wireless is not installed.

Try right clicking on microsoft tun miniport adapter # 2 and update driver. HAve the CD/DVD in that came with the device, if it can't find it lead it to your CD/DVD drive.
