I initially thought this could be attributed to Bluejacking, but the Bluetooth feature must be turned on for this to occur. It appears to be a case of "Bluebugging." In such an instance, the perpetrator can view messages, initiate calls, acquire entry to online accounts or applications, or even create new accounts. The name "teradactil" appears to resemble the title of an illicit substance, further supporting the theory of a hacker's involvement. They also typically use outlook emails. |
