Really need more specifics. How and what are you trying to copy and paste, with what software?

copy/paste not working in windows 2000
hello friend;
 I had you problems for 1-2 mounts...it is because of some viruses  . .. although you have an anitivirus Blaster can disable it and damage some registry values. and so paste option after copy will be disabled, add/remove programs will crush...connetions wil not display(although they are working) &.....for avoiding this problems you must have a very easy way....just connect to the internet and udate your windows... go to www.microsoft.com then go to update and update your windows step by step... I promise you you won't see these problems after do this  .
