No Power
I do the maintenance on my moms pc. it's win 10. She just recently switched to Spectrum for her internet. I had Norton doing a virus scan and everything was fine. I went back in to check on it's progress and the screen was black and I looked at the tower and it was off. The Spectrum router was off also. I called Spectrum and they said there was a problem and they were working on it and ask if I would like them to call me when it was up and I said yes. They called me and said it was up and running. I went in and the lights were back on the router but when I tried to boot up the pc I got nothing. I checked all the wires and the router and the computer are plugged into the same surge protector so I don't think that was the problem. I switched out power plug still nothing. It was running just fine earlier. I called Spectrum and they said if the router was up and running then it was just a coincidence that it stopped working at the same time and there was nothing they could do.
What else can I check to try and get power back? Thanks kuzzz |

1. Make sure the on/off switch on the power supply is ON (-)
2. Plug the into its own electrical outlet 3. Remove the power cable from the tower, then plug back in |
