Well you need the DVD of Windows 7 to install, when you stick the DVD in it will ask if you want a fresh install or upgrade.

However, depending on your system I would upgrade to Windows 10, Windows 7, although a good system, is no longer supported by Microsoft (security updates).

Do you already have a Windows 7 DVD?

Is this a laptop or PC?

How much memory does it have?

If you list your specs we can advise:

Memory
Hard Drive Size

go to the computer manufacturers website, search for your specific computer and see if they have win7 drivers for your specific system. if not, then do not upgrade.

Hi !

it depends on your computer's label too,
Some labels allow you to upgrade your operating system from their support on their official website.
Try to find your computer's official website and search on its support all the operating systems, drivers, and applications that you need, it's better to have them originally made for your computer than downloading any kind of stuff from nowhere..
Bye Bye
