IE 7 Flickers
Hi there,
Does anyone know why my IE would flicker all the time? It is whenever I am in almost any site (Foxnews, this site, and others) I read it could be the flash, but I have uninstalled that and re-installed and that doesnt help? I have also reset all my IE settings... Is tehre a fix out there for this or am I just not looking in the right spot on how to fix it? |

Is the flickering only in Internet Explorer or do you see it when other programs are open, especially when you have a graphics (picture) file open?
