Cli.exe - exception that cannot be handled
Cli.exe seems to have something to do with launching my ATI Catalyst Control Center at startup with a limited user or Guest user. Works fine with admin user. I have some screenshots of what the errors look like.
  I have version 1.1.1845.43072 of the ATI Cataylst Control Center and version 1.1.4322.2032 of .NET framework. How can I load these accounts without getting these error messages?
