Video Card: analog plug not working

After I upgraded to WinXP Pro from Home my analog plug give me no picture. I can only get a picture from my DVI plug with my adapter. I have the latest drivers.

XFX GeForce FX 5700 Ultra 128mb
HP M90 19in Monitor
P4 3.0 Ghz fsb 800mhz
1GB DDR 400 PC 3200
160GB HDD Western Digital
Windows XP Pro

My monitor, old and needs to be replaced soon, still works (with the DVI adapter). The card is brand new since the beginning of the month. This only happened after I was upgrading to XP Pro from Home. Again, I have all the latest drivers.
