I don't know, but here is what the Daily Mail headline says-
Trump faces up to FORTY YEARS in prison if convicted on all four criminal charges recommended by Jan. 6 committee, and could be BARRED from running for president again

What I don't understand is, "why is the political party of those investigating this matter relevant?" Surly justice is justice, either the law was broken or it wasn't.
