Thumbs up Icons window 10

Whenever I restart my PC the icons rearrange from how I set them , can anyone advise how to correct this problem, I am running windows 10 .?

If your talking about Desktop Icons, right click on a empty spot on the desktop then go to:

VIEW

Is auto arrange checked? If so uncheck it.

Is anything checked "Align Icons to grid? Uncheck everything, then check the size of the icons you want and Show desktop Icons.
