BSOD help on Windows 7

Customers PC running 7 HP, runs for 2-4 minutes then BSOD. Scanned memory and h/d no problems found. Scanned for malware and viri's nothing found. Below is the signature.

Dump file below too.

Any help? Thanx

Forgot to say that id does run fine in safe mode UNTIL I try and do a restore.

chkdsk found no errors.

Do you still get the BSOD when you clean boot the machine pwrmngr? If not, Avira would be my prime suspect.

Bad RAM another possibility with bugcheck code 50. Test the RAM with Memtest86:

Thanx AM and pip, I tried it all to no avail so customer had the ACER restores so I restored and it is running WONDERFUL.
