Warning System BOOT Fail

I woke up one morning and couldn't get my system to wake up, so I had to reset it from the tower.
After it got past the motherboard screen it had a screen listing the hard drives and gave me a warning saying:

Warnng System BOOT Fail
Your system last boot fail or POST interrupted
Please enter setup to load default and reboot again

At which point I can hit delete to get the setup screen or F1 to continue. If I hit F1 it starts up normally and if I hit delete it takes me to the Blue setup screen. I did change some boot priority stuff in here a very long time ago but nothing since then. If I escape from this setup it will also start up normally.

So can anyone tell me what is going on here, if I have any trouble ahead, and what I should do to resolve thus?

My computer still does this every time I restart it. Every time I restart it goes to this screen and I have to hit F1 to continue. Doesn't seem like it is causing any problems but I'd really like to know what is going on here...

The key line on that screen is "Please enter setup to load default and reboot again." Setup is another word for BIOS.

So hit F1 to get into Setup (BIOS), reset it to defaults (you can also re-do whatever tweaks you used before if you want to), exit saving changes and see if that fixes the problem.

yeah I know what it was referring to but I couldnt remember the term BIOS
The only thing I have ever changed was boot order so i could boot from flash drive with Ubuntu at one point. And I never had a problem till recently.

Actually I may be on to something here... I recently plugged ina card reader hub that lets you plug in all different types of cards (SD, etc) so you can read photos and such off of them instead of needing something like a USB cable to hook to your digi camera.

You think that may be the issue? Its trying to boot from that card hub and failing?

I hesitate to reset things in my BIOS, even if it is just reset to defaults. This was a pc I picked parts for and had assembled by cyberpowerpc.com, so what if they changed some BIOS setting, and me setting it to defaults messes up more than it fixes?

I guess I can just unplug that card hub and try in that manner...
