My DvD/CD drive will not read DVD but will read CD's
I have a windows xp HP compaq nc6000 laptop with a
TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-R2512 DVD/CD-ROM drive YTQD KL67KDQN SCSI Cdrom Device DVD/CD-ROM drive when i put a film in it will autoplay the film fine with no hassle but when i put a game disc in or a DVD disc in it will not play the disc yet it is still appearing on the my computer window. I have looked at device manager and downlaoded attempted to download new drivers but there isnt any and i do not know what the problem is. The lense has been cleaned and it still will not play. if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated
