I own a used Packard Bell Easy 1 laptop and the other day I attempted to start it up but it would not boot up. The green light comes on at the bottom of the keyboard, signalling power but none of the lights that are above the keyboard flash as they normally would. The laptop makes a sound 3 times as if it is attempting to boot up and then it stops and the power light stays on but nothing else happens. My screen stays completely black. Any thoughts or ideas on how to rectify this problem or am I in the market for a "new" used laptop??
