Windows media player 9 installation question.

Hey all,

I completely removed WMP from my computer and tried to re-install the latest version and I get this message:

"Another program installation was not completed. You must restart your computer to complete that installation before upgrading Windows. Click Cancel, restart your computer, and then try installing Windows Media player 9 series again."

I rebooted and still get this message. I still have the option to continue the install but just wanted to know what this is about. Thanks
