Packard Bell Laptop (BIOS Problem)

I have a Packard Bell Pentium 4 laptop which I bought in the UK a Year back.

The computer stopped booting one day. I took it to a Computer Repair shop and they diagnoised it has the faulty BIOS. They told me that the BIOS has got burnt.

How do I get this Laptop Repaired?? Is there a contact/Repair shop where I can get it fixed.
How do I get the BIOS for this Laptop???

1st Packard Bell went out of business. Can you post the model number.

They told me that the BIOS has got burnt???I doubt that.

The computer stopped booting one day. Does it boot up at all?

Can you hear power getting to it? Any noise when it boots? Just a blank screen? Keyboard lights flas??
