"other" Fatal exception error OE 017F-021E7DE4

Hello,
Occasionally I get Fatal exception error
OE 017F-021E7DE4. What is it, where can I find it (in the registry editor?) and what can I do about it!
Further more has anybody experience with retrospect backup software. I want to make
a bootable "system as it was" cd.
Many thanks,
Peter
