Lost Network
I had set up a home computer network using Linksys wireless router.Four computers are hard wired to the router and I use the wireless feature for my laptop. Twice now the network "disappeared". All the computer's dropped out of the network and my laptop can not receive the wireless signal ten feet away butcan pick up the neighbors wireless next door.
What causes my home network to disappear/disappear? |

Could be many things. You might try changing the channle the router is using. If there are many other wi-fi networks in the area it could be causing issues. Try channle 11 or 1 see if that helps. Also make sure your router has the latest firmware installed on it, that can help get rid of some bugs as well.

it happens to me sometimes and a simple reboot of the router takes care of the problem. I just unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in.
