Unhappy Help!

I had that fake fbi virus and was able to use a past restore point to function but now my laptop is running slow and I can not open some websites like twitter for example. Any help would be appreciated.

Ohh sorry, Please do as follows.
  1. Open the Control Panel by clicking on the Windows button, then click Control Panel
  2. Type "Network and Sharing" in the upper right hand corner and click on Network and Sharing Center
  3. Click Change Adapter Settings
  4. Right click on the network adapter you'd like to check (wired or wireless) and click Properties
  5. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties
  6. Make sure you do not have the SCS DNS entries listed under Use the following DNS server addresses
  7. Instead, select Obtain DNS server address automatically

It is the same, not working, sadly. I did as you showed me and when I opened the settings they were already selected as you said to put them.

Please do this, and see if you can access your websites on Internet Explorer.

Internet Flush
  • Press the Windows Key + r on your keyboard at the same time. Type Notepad and click OK.
  • Copy the entire contents of the quotebox below and paste into the Notepad document (do not include the word "Quote").
    Quote:
    @echo off
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh winsock reset all
    netsh int ip reset all
    shutdown -r -t 1
    del %0
  • Click Format. Ensure Wordwrap is unchecked.
  • Click File, Save As and name the file flush.bat.
  • Select All Files as the Save as type.
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Locate flush.bat (W8/7/Vista) on your desktop. Right-click the icon and select Run as Administrator.
  • Your computer should reboot. If not, please manually reboot.
  • Try out Internet Explorer.

Oh no! all my files were ruined? I had the following note pop up after doing that flush.

What happened to your files ?
All of your files were protected by a strong encryption with RSA-2048 using CryptoWall 2.0.
More information about the encryption keys using RSA-2048 can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSA_(cryptosystem)

What does this mean ?
This means that the structure and data within your files have been irrevocably changed, you will not be able to work with them, read them or see them,
it is the same thing as losing them forever, but with our help, you can restore them.

How did this happen ?
Especially for you, on our server was generated the secret key pair RSA-2048 - public and private.
All your files were encrypted with the public key, which has been transferred to your computer via the Internet.
Decrypting of your files is only possible with the help of the private key and decrypt program, which is on our secret server.

What do I do ?
Alas, if you do not take the necessary measures for the specified time then the conditions for obtaining the private key will be changed.
If you really value your data, then we suggest you do not waste valuable time searching for other solutions because they do not exist.

For more specific instructions, please visit your personal home page, there are a few different addresses pointing to your page below:

2.After a successful installation, run the browser and wait for initialization.
3.Type in the address bar: paytordmbdekmizq.onion/1L81jj
4.Follow the instructions on the site.

Hi again,

Please read them.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSA_%28cryptosystem%29
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/viru...re-information
http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/cryptowall-20

There cryptowall virus on your system. A serious virus. Encrypt your documents .Refer to save them. We can delete the virus. But save your document first.

----------------

Run the following software to delete the virus. Please send me reports.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Thanks
