Strange diamonds appear

My mom called in a panic because when she went to get her mail from c-zone.net these pages of diamonds came up. I've never had this problem. I told her to just power down her machine til I can go up there. I had her take screenshots and go into her mail without going through c-zone. I'm attaching the screenshots.ScreenShot001.jpg

Thanks

That machine is still in the shop. Yesterday I opened Firefox on this machine win 8.1 and the page filled up with diamonds same as screenshot I posted above. Do you have any idea what is going on?

Wait a minute, this happened on your mom's computer at her house, then it happens with your computer at your house? Maybe a ghost traveling between your houses.

Was she also using FireFox to view her mail?

Try this:

Go to options from firefox>general>browsing>

untick the option”use hardware acceleration when available” .

lol ghost.... I took firefox off my machine as this is the only machine I have that is working. My mom's machine is still in the shop and it has the tech's there stumped too. We use different email services. My Mozilla email worked fine. It was when I brought up firefox that the page of diamonds came up. As soon as I get my other pc up and running I will put firefox back on this machine and try what you suggested. I'll keep you posted on this strangeness.

Well they could not figure it out either so they told my mom she needed a new pc and she had to go to win 10 so she had them build her a new pc. I have it hooked up and tried to go on to the internet and am having problems with that but I posted that problem in Network. I told you I would post back and let you know what happened after taken it to the shop.

Thanks for getting back to us.

I hope you got your mothers old computer back.
Because it sounds like the problem isn't the computer itself, but a browser issue.

Have you tried logging into her E-Mail with a different browser?
{Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge}
Then see if the problem is still there?

My mom gave me her old pc I went in and found every firefox file, folder, the browser and made sure there was nothing left of firefox I rebooted and downloaded a new firefox and it is running fine. I dont think I'll tell my mom because I think she would go through the roof she hates windows 10 and she put out a lot of money on having the new pc built.
