Game Crashing in XP Professional SP2

I have just recentley built a gaming computer the specs are:

Windows XP Pro. SP2 with the latest drivers
Pentium 4 3.4Ghz HT
Western Didgital 120GB HD SATA
1024mb DDR RAM (512x2 PC3200)
GeForce FX 5900 128mb vid mem with the latest drivers
Abit VT7 motherboard with the latest BIOS and drivers
Sound Blaster 5.1 gaming sound car
ATX 430 Watt Power Supply
56x Liteon Cd-Rom

And as I have mentioned all the drivers are the latest in all. The problem I'm having is that when I play game on my computer in about 10 to 30 minutes they will crash, somtimes the system will crash to the desktop with no error logs and other times it will crash to the desktop with error logs, also it will crash and the entire system will reboot and when it gets to the desktop it logs the Windows has recovered from a serious error. I have checked CPU temperatures and the highest it ever reached is about 122 degrees F. Im having trouble understanding as to why the computer crashes every game I play and even exceeds the requirments for them, no other programs crash only the games do. Please Help. Thank you

Before I posted here I had other computer forums that 122 degrees F was pretty good for my processor. My system has 7 80mm fans in it. So should I go with liquid cooling systems, because I would also like to overclock the processor to its max which is about 4.5GHz so if I would do that im sure I would a liquid cooling system.
