You might be able to delete it in Safe Mode.

If that doesn't work, try MoveOnBoot or UnlockIT.

FLContextMenu

Hi t2nlong,
I recently had the same problem on my pc (I am using Windows 7 Home Premium). Could not get rid of it in safe mode or using Revo or CCleaner.
But I managed to remove it this way: I opened Program Files then dragged and dropped Folder Lock 6 file into Documents.
Next I opened Documents and created an new folder into which I placed Folder Lock 6 file. Then deleted this new folder.
I hope this works for you.

I had the same problem for nearly a year. I then wrote to Newsoftwares' support and they told me what to do. If you have not solved your problem yet I'll show you how to get rid of the file FLcontextmenu.dll.
