Dwelling in JunGle with My LapTop
laptop (DELL LATITUDE C600) doesn't start , the led goes on for few seconds then off again, i removed hdd, ram, cdrom,battery nothing changed. The battery working properly, power supply is good,i tested cpu it seems it got heating properly , fan is not working
