unable to install

Recently restored computer. Unable to finish installing printer. I need to reinstall LTKRN12n.dll
Help please

Howdy and welcome to CTH:

Sure would help if you posted a few more details.. Like, what are you using for an operating system ..

What is the make and model of the printer..

Are you getting an error message and, if so, what does it say exactly..

That particular file is located in the Microsoft Office XP SP3 download..

More info

I need to re install LTKRN12n.dll to get printer installed. Lexmark 2350 on Windows XP. Murray sent a link that said had errors. Please help me again if there is an alternative route.This application needs to be re installed is the error message. Thank you

How did you "restore" your computer??

Did you used to have Microsoft Office on your system??

The system restore when the computer boots up. I did have microsoft office and also installed it after the restoration

Did you re-install all XP service packs as well as the Office XP updates and service packs from Microsoft??

I don't think so. I have the CD FOR Windows Home Edition Upgrade.

The Service Packs, etc are on the Microsoft Updates website..

You should have a link at the top of your <Start> button..
