Recent update messed with stuff
After recent update I cant make my Icon text bold.......where did the settings go?,,,,have looked everywhere.....

Icon text bold? I don't remember seeing that before. How did you do it before?
This can be done with a tweak. You might check out Winaero Tweaker. |

Yeah, apparently they have taken away the ability to do this with the latest update. It used to be accessed through display settings......now its gone......how stupid.....I have downloaded a font size changer which can be gotten here:

If you are talking about the Creator update I had some issues as well
On my home system it caused FSX to be deactivated I had to uninstall it and was surprised to find out that FSX was not in the list of programs to be uninstalled. I even used REVO uninstaller and it did not see it as well. But When I put in disk 1 it gives you the option to repair or uninstall. I tried the repair option but no luck so I had to uninstall and reinstall than I was able to reactivate it. On one of my systems at work I had to reinstall a Program that allowed me to turn JPG images into jigsaw puzzles. It also changes the way you uninstall programs and removes the control panel as well Leave it to Microsoft to release an update with bugs in it. |
