Question Name of this lead?

Hello, please could any one help and Tell me what the name of this end of a lead is called sorry the pics not to good

And also if there is any kind of adapter for this end of lead to make it into a USB or something thanks.

Firewire, and no, you can't make a firewire into a USB.

the first picture makes me think its the mini usb, the 2nd pic doesnt tell me much

That is Mini USB, not firewire.
The above picture is a MiniUSB cable


The above picture is a Fireware 6-pin cable
