transferring files & settings fromxp home to 2000 pro

I have another computer running 2000 pro and would like to transfer files and settings from computer running xp home to the computer running 2000 pro. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Lonnie

What do you mean by settings?
Do you mean programs?
or do you just mean favorites, emails, desktop, icons etc?


There are some programs available but usually the license is a one time only deal.
