no start menu.
Hi..Ran scan and defrag yesterday..booted back up and got online..things were fine..turned machine off..and this morn it is dead in the water! Error note says cannot display active x because security settings forbid..got setting at 4..no start menu..no pages will load..no nothing!have zone alarm fire wall..anti virus...Tried to do restore disc..won't work..
