Edge/OneDrive Find Issues
I am not sure how to categorize this one.
I have a TXT file on a OneDrive file shared. I can only access this M$ stuff via M$ Edge (sadly, not Firefox). What the issue that bugs me and I can not figure out how to stop it, is when I am viewing this document and do a find/search, it automatically fills in what is clicked/highlighted into the search field. Like Notepad++ does with "smart highlighting" but that is disable-able. I can not figure a similar way to disable it in Edge, or OneDrive, to change this behavior. Any thoughts? Thank you. |

Open Microsoft Edge.
Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner. Select Settings from the drop down and click on Privacy, search, and services from the left pane. Now click on Choose what to clear every time you close the browser. Toggle the switch to On for Autofill form data. Or turn off |
