Cleaning up the "Allowed users"-list

In Settings in the Security page there is a list of "Allowed users" that has a bunch of names that you've allowed to see when you are online or not (if you have configured MSN to ask when people try to add you). How can I remove names from this list? I know I can unallow/block them but then they move to the next column of blocked users - I want to remove the names altogether and clean up this huge messy list. As a sidenote some of the names indeed can be removed with right-click and choosing "Remove" but in some of them (for some totally unknown reason) the "Remove" is in gray and can't be selected.

I'm using a Finnish version so some of these translations of the different aparts of the settings may be a little off. I'm using Vista.
