Gmail question
Not sure if this is the right forum for this question or not. In gmail, the spam folder will clean it's self in 30 days. If I wait 30 days I'll have 600+ spam emails and most of my alloted space will be used up. Is there a way to reduce the amount of time from 30 days to - say 5 days or something shorter? Thanks.

go into your spam folder and at the top of your messages above the subject, it should say something about deleting all spam emails now.

Your spam messages don't count towards your total.
Use the google request a feature they implement most suggestions. |

Dan, I delete spam daily. What I'm looking for is a way to have gmail delete them automatically after a set number of days-say 3,4 or 5. I've been looking at their filters-might be able to do something there. Thanks for your replies.

This is not currently possible, I use the filters all the time but I cannot find a way to auto delete spam.
Send a message to https://services.google.com/inquiry/...gmail_suggest/ I have for a few things the usually use them |
