New look for start menu

Im gettin bored of my normal standard window start menu is the anywayz ya can get new start menus of the internet and how to apply them

You might be able to change it by changing the theme. Right click on the desktop, properties, theme. (Note: this will change your background picture) Once you find the theme you like, you can go and put back your background picture.

In order to install new 3rd party themes, you must first patch uxtheme.dll. Here is a program that will do it easily for you:

Neowin UXTheme Multi-Patcher v4.0

Then head over to themexp.org and download some themes, and put them in your themes folder (the location of which escapes me at the moment).
