Programs freezing
Hi im new here and wasnt sure where to post this.
My computer is about half a year old and was working fine. A few months after installing a new graphics card (not sure if thats related) programs began freezing up during use. The freezing only happens for a few seconds at a time and rarely crashes the program, but the program displays (not responding) on either the blue bar on top by the name, or on the start menu bar at the bottom by its name. any help fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated since its really annoying.
