PC Freezes while watching online video or playing games also " sqeal of death"

I just built a new system last month my specs are as follows:

PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W ATX12V 2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC

Motherboard: ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Socket AM3 140W Quad

Ram: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

GPU: XFX HD-489X-ZSFC Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

hard drive: Western Digital RE3 WD1002FBYS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

OS: Windows 7 Professional

My problem is very frustrating. Every time i watch video usually online my PC locks up, and a loud high pitch sound comes from the speakers " Squel of Death". I tried reinstalling my OS but this didnt solve my problem. Gaming i can play for a good length of time till the PC freezes and the high pitched sqealing from the speakers occur. I have tried many things to fix this problem. I have checked my GPU Temps are running at 38 degrees. I have Updated my ATI drivers I cant figure this one out. I cant seem to find any post on this issue also please help me.
