Help! Mozilla and IE browser problems

I just got a laptop with Vista Basic OS and I am connected to the wireless connection. I would be browsing the internet but then after around a half hour or so the browser stops working. It just keeps saying the pages are "loading". I always have to restart the laptop for it to work again. I have another laptop which uses XP Operating system and it doesn't have any problem. I am wondering if the problem has to do with Vista. I had previously bought a laptop that uses Vista and had the same problem so I had returned it and bought this one instead only to have the same problem again.

I contact the support technician and they couldn't fix the problem.

No it's not a Vista issue madoka. It may be a problem with your networking setup or more likely a 3rd party software issue (for example, Zone Alarm has been known to cause this problem). It might help if I can see what is running on your computer.

Go here and download DDS to your Desktop and doubleclick on DDs.pif to run it. When the scan has finished, two logs will open. Copy and paste both reports in this topic. The logs will be reasonably large so you may have to divide them into sections and make several posts to post them.
