error loading user profile - please help!!!
Whenever i log on to windows as an administrator (my regular profile) i get a message saying that there's been an error loading my profile and then i get temp one. i checked the event log and there's nothing about a corrupt file. i found on a couple of other forums people said that deleting the profile and restarting the computer fixes the problem (don't see how) but i tried it after backing everything up and i still log on and get the same message. how do i fix this without bringing my computer into a shop???
please help

Hi ariesgirl25, deleting the profile certainly does not fix the problem and if you have done that, you may lost all your files (depending on how and what you backed up).
