Can My Daughters PC Run This?

I realize this is a silly question for you folks... but that's why i came here!

Recently my daughter received a brand new dell desktop PC.
I'm thinking about purchasing her The Sims3 and the Adobe Creative Suite, to further her education.

I just want to make sure these things will work well on her PC.
This is her PC! http://www.amazon.com/Dell-iO2320-111ELS-Desktop/dp/B005KP7O0Y/

Yes, base on the specification of your PC Dell iO2320-111ELS, it can support both sims3 and Adobe Creative Suite. I wish I can buy one too..

Well I'm going to be the voice of dissent here.

The Amazon specs are unreliable (let's face it, do you really think this has 500 TB of hard drive space?)
Some places it says 1.6 Pentium, others its says 2.6 G620.
Some places it says Intel HD integrated graphics, other places Radeon 4270.
Some places say 500TB, others 750GB.

Checking Dell site for Inspiron One 2320 Desktop confuses the matter again because the specs are different again (Max 500Gb Hard drive, Intel or nVidia GT525M graphics, CPU Core i3 minimum).

Based on worst case scenario of the mix-n-match specs, Adobe creative suite static image tools will work but the video tools will not.
Sims3 will barely run on that CPU and graphics combination. Integrated Intel graphics would need a 2.6Ghz dual core CPU. The graphics settings will need to be at minimum just for the game to start up.

If it was at the better end of the mix-n-match specs, then they'll probably run OK.
