Hi Ryli. Are you are running a server? Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click on Start and type cmd in the Start Search box. Cmd.exe will appear at the top of the Menu. Rightclick on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Copy and paste the following command in the Code box after the prompt > and hit Enter.

netstat -anb > c:\look.txt & start notepad c:\look.txt

Notepad will pop up with some information. Copy and paste it in this thread.

What software are you trying to run? I can see that you have Team Viewer installed and that uses Port 80.

I think LogMeIn does too and I'm not sure whether Hotspot Shield blocks it or not. Something to look at anyway.

According to TCPview its a system:4 that is hoggin the Port. When I close Team view it doesnt release the port also when my pc is restarted Team Viewer hasn't started and something still blocks it.

Your netstat report shows that Team Viewer is running and has established a connection so it looks like a service is started automatically when Windows loads. The best solution is to uninstall this software and see if that fixes your problem. You can always reinstall it if it doesnt. I have also pointed out a couple of possibilities for you to investigate.

Ok. Are you trying to run SQL Server or was it already installed? If the latter, one of it's services could be causing the problem.
