low memory

I keep getting a warning memory on my recovery(D drive. I have done the suggested clean up and still very full. it says 15.1 mb's of 10. free. Any suggestions?

using gateway gt5622
vista home premium 32 bit

Memory or disk space? Can you post the exact message please pepita_red.

You havent been backing up or saving files to this drive have you? There is an issue with MS Backup - see here for a HP help topic. Gateway dont seem to have one.

disc space. Yes I did backup once but it said that it had failed.

It sounds as though you have the same problem as described in the HP link I posted. I am reluctant to tell you to follow the steps outlined in the HP document although they will probably work. Give Gateway a call and ask if they have a support document for this issue similar to the HP one.
