All icons on desktop disapeared

After restart all my icons ,I restarted as my screen went dead and the restart was meant to cure the problem but didnt

Right click an empty space on the desktop and navigate to VIEW tab on the top, inside that make sure Show Desktop Icons is checked.

If it is checked then try this:

In search type Settings
Open it
Click on Personalization

Select Themes

On the right pane of the Themes tab, click on Desktop icon settings to open the settings in order to enable the Desktop icons visibility.

Select the icons you want to show on the desktop and click on Apply and OK buttons afterwards

Also Windows 10 has a Tablet mode if enabled could cause this:

Open the Settings again and click on System to open the system settings. On the left pane, click on Tablet mode and turn-off the tablet mode (if it is turned on) from the right pane.
