Help selecting a UPS

Hey all you hardware junkies. Know anything about UPS systems? Maybe you can help me out.

I need to order some hardware to provide backup power to a very small server room. It needs to supply power to two custom built domain controllers, an LCD display, and a small amount of networking equipment.

The idea is that if there is a power outage, we would know that the domain controllers had enough time to shut down properly, and then we'd set them to come back up when power is restored. I need to order the right equipment to provide sufficient power for this purpose, and see if I can setup something that we can monitor remotely via a web-based management console or something similar.

Thanks!
