DNS / CNAME record issue
I was recently asked to get an existing website working with the www. prefix added to the URL. I've done this before, so I hopped into Plesk and did what I always do -- create a CNAME record for the domain.
Now, for some reason, when accessing the website with the www. prefix added, it directs you to the Plesk server landing page (see attached image). I went through and compared all the settings I could find for the site with another that works, and could not find any relevant discrepancies. Any ideas? Also, using ping, I can see that the site resolves to the same IP with or without the www. |

Nevermind. Checked and re-checked a setting and it took right off. Go figure.
