Please Help Me Someone

Hi everyone I have a big problem OK well First I had spyware and some viruses but i have 100% cleaned them out by different programs next my problems is that for some reason when i went and clicked my start orb and then went to the all programs and in there all my program folders are all gone can someone help me on how to get them all back and i have went to my c drive and checked out my programs and they work over there but how come all my program folderes are all gone below is a screenshot. Please help me out.

Hi Public. I need to see some logs to help you. Download Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) from here and save it to your desktop.

Doubleclick on RSIT.exe to run it. Your computer will be scanned and once the scan has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both (log.txt will be maximized and info.txt will be minimized) in this topic. You can also find the logs in the C:\rsit folder. The logs will be reasonably large so you may have to divide them into sections and make several posts to post them.
