Wireless Help
Hey I just got Vista and I'm pretty impressed by it already but I'm having some troubles with the wireless router.
The router if set to unsecured with no wep key, vista will connect and work on the internet, but If I switch to a wep key, and type it in when i connect to the router, it connects but I get limited or no connectivity, the ipv4 or something isn't working properly? A little confused on how to get this to work, if anyone knows, it'd help alot. Its a USR8054 Wireless router. Using Netgear WG311v2 PCI card. |

go to network connects and on the icon where you see the x on the line between computers, click on it and tell it to fix automatically.
