Which Vista Edition

Which edition of Vista is everybody getting? I'll probably go for Premium ($119 OEM) since Ultimate is $200 OEM. I like Ultimate's drive encryption, but don't really store too much sensitive info, so I'm not going to pay $80 USD for it. I also have backup software, so I don't need that. Remote desktop would be nice to fix computers for my relatives, but again, I don't know if it is worth the money.

Edit: Microsoft has a comparison here. I would not recommend buying Vista Basic since it does not come with the Aero interface or many other features. Home Premium OEM is only $20 more.

That's nice that you get it from your college. I don't think many in the US do that (at least none I've heard of yet).

Do you think Ultimate is worth the higher cost (for a student saving for college next year)?

I just received my copy of Vista Business in the mail today. Only reason I will be using Business edition is because I got it for free from MS's powertogether promotion.

Woot!

There is another vista version called "Starter" for people that are brand new to the computer. I am currently running Vista RC1 Ultimate and I plan to buy it.
