Drive E does not recognize Blank DVD discs.
Windows Vista Home Premium, 32-bit. Dell Inspiron 531 computer. CD and DVD play and burn. The CD`s and DVD`s both play fine. Whenever trying to burn a new blank DVD--- it keeps putting up message----no disc inserted---insert disc. The blank discs I`ve been using are DVD+R and DVD-RW. Both are listed as compatible with the system. I`ve used Windows DVD Maker, which came with the computer, and AVS4You Video converter which also can burn DVD`s. Both give same no disc inserted message when a blank disc is inserted.
