is there a free virus scanner?
is there a free virus scanner program out there? (not pirated) like a McAffe Free version or Norton Free version? if anyone knows where i can get this.. please notify me.. thnxs!

I acutally prefer the avast! free anti-virus:
http://www.avast.com/ THe home edition (free) has a email scanner, IM, and P2P...I've only seen it catch emails because I've never gotten a virus through IM or P2P. I personnally turn off the resident scanner, I don't like it running in the background. |

You can get a free online scan here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ nothing to download either.
